When you buy a new Advox product you are granted 45 days of free installation support thru e-mail and phone.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
After the initial 45 days, you are offered to sign a Maintenance agreement.
Advox maintenance agreement
- Free telephone support.
- The right to the latest revisions of the software, 1.x ->1.y
- Free access to the support pages on Advox Support Website.
- Discount when you buy a new version of the software, 1.x ->2.x

The maintenance agreement is signed for a period of 12 months.
The agreement costs according to our pricelist, approx 18% of the price for a new product.

NO MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Customers without maintenance agreement must pay a per incident fee, for each support case.
